I just posted a queston about these type of people and my answers got me confused, I thought some psychics are from the lord, Doesnt the lord bring angels to give out messages?? If they all are evil can u give me a scrip from the bible?? Thanks im trying to understand the christian life so i can follow the lords way of thinking....

A good psychic will honor that their messages come from God the almighty. After all it is God who gives psychics their abilities...the devil does not have that much power nor would i give him the credit for it. Too many humans give the devil credit for nothing, when he is in hell and will remain there for all time according to the gospel. Honestly I don't even believe in the devil therefore such dark entity holds no power over me.

yes there are bible passages that speak about putting a witch to death and those who use divination or speak with spirits etc
I hope someone can give you the correct passages
however ( and I dont mean any disrespect )
if one is a Christian and has such " visions " then they are considered to be prophetic and respected
I have seen the double standards all too often on here at times
but I can only speak for myself when I say , I am a good person... and what I get is what I get , nothing evil or bad

I have had pyschic experiences and I'm a Christian. I had them both before and after becoming a Christian. I do not think that they are in of themself evil, and if people can control the experiences, I have not been able to.
I value the experiences that I've had, and want more of them. I will not comply to anyone saying that they are Christian who thinks that the experiences are evil one's. Especially if they never had one. So if you have had any psychic experiences, value them. If it's anything like what I've had, then you don't have to wonder about the existence of spirits, especially your own.

Easy. There are no psychics. None. They are all either lying or delusional. With all the people out there who claim to be psychic, you'd think ONE of them EVER would have bothered to prove it to a scientist. But it's never happened - ever. It would open up a whole new field of science. Win you the Nobel Prize. Win you a million bucks from this guy for a 5 minute demonstration http://www.randi.org . You know you've done it right, when they're not sure you've done anything at all.
Psychics are people that use their own mental prowess to find things out that the traditional 5 senses would be able to notice.
Prophets are the people that get messages from angels.
