A lot of students mention in posts that they're having these discussions or debates in class ... but they don't mention what class or grade level.

So please include:
1. What class (biology, general science, debate class)?
2. What grade?
3. What state or country (if outside U.S.)?
4. What prompted the discussion (teacher assignment, textbook, or a student)?
5. (Optional) What was the outcome? ( What was the conclusion left by the class? What was your conclusion? Did you leave with an understanding of what the scientific community believes? Where you, or other students, left confused? How did the teacher sum up?)

And PLEASE, regardless of what side you fall on, please don't argue your opinion here. My goal is not to rehash the debate here. I just want to know if and how this debate is happening in science classrooms these days.

Is there any political, civil or religious rivalary among them. I have seen lots of non-muslims converting to Islam but non muslim deviating from islam to other religions. Western media is always against muslims......why it is so? This doesn't sounds that Islam is right.

I was arrested in my home town, a retail store said that i had stolen an item, I went to court and the case was dismissed due to a lack of evidence.
I just applied for a job and was told that a comsumer report stated that i stole a Item from a retail store and that they could not hire me due to this.
my question is is this defimation, and how much should i sue for.
also when i was accused of stealing this item i was also terminated from my job due to the fact that i had stolen a cd from one of my stores.
should i sue for anything else other then defimation, like wrong full arrest or since their aligations caused me to lose my job

ok. well my ex bf was rubbing some chick in my face so i rubbed another guy in his face. well this other guy tried to kiss me but i pulled away and walked off. ok..now my ex is all mad at me and hes telling my friends that he doesnt like me like that nemore and that hes mad at me cuz the person that TRIED to kiss me. idk. it seems like hes really jealous but idk. im writing him an apology cuz of it all but idk if i should do that or not. i mean i didnt do nething and i dont think i should have to apologize. but then again i feel like i should have to. but idk why! its hard. someone HELP ME!!!

Someone took a bit of a dislike to my boyfriend last week, it seems. Went out one day to find his car keyed (it's dark red metallic paint) and it seems like someone tried to break into the house too; one of the UPVC kitchen windows has a couple of small chips in the glass and some kind of marks that looks like someone's tried to pry open the window with a screwdriver or something.

How can we fix all this and how much will it cost?!
