that's a good idea and i'm sure that he can help harry in some way like that too. Dumbledore has all those portraits in his office so that would make sense if his was added and all

yes, but....
the portrait is already there (remember it had appeared by the time Harry went into the office with McGonagall at the end of book 6.) however, the portraits (and JKR has explained this in interviews and I think on her website) are not the person, or a link to talk to the person; rather, they are just auras or imprints of their personalities. They can talk, think, offer advice; but they are not the person.
Harry's comment echoes the pain and grief everyone feels when a loved one and mentor is gone. Talking to the portrait is helpful but no more satifying then we might find looking at a video, pictures, or maybe reading letters from loved ones who have passed away. While we get the echo and sensation of their feelings, emotions and advice, they are simply not there for us.

Dumbledore's portrait should be hanged at the Principal's office in Hogwarts, just as all is colleagues'. We really don't know if a special spell must be cast on him or if something else is needed to be able to communicate with him, but remember that Harry said that he -nor Hermione and Ron- had no intention of returning to Hogwarts for the seventh year.

Maybe he can or will. Remember that the only time he saw Dumbledore's portrait was right after his death. It was sleeping, so maybe it takes a while for a protrait to "wake up".

this maybe a huge theory but i think
harry himself is the last horcrux because in book 2 when harry ask "voldemort put a bit of himself in me?" and dumbledore replied "It certainly seems so." and in book 5 when harry saw mr weasley attacked and when dumbledor used the silver instrument it a puff of smoke with serpent showed (i think it meant voldy soul was in control of harry), i think instrument will play a part in 7th and dumbledor will tell harry how to use it, also did u notice harry wasnt attack at all in 6th? i think in 5th when he was in ministry and voldy tried to possess him, he saw his soul
