Yes, rosacea can actually occur at any age though the common onset occurs between 30-50 years of age. It sounds like you aren't sure that this is what you have. Please see your doctor or, preferably, a dermatologist for a formal diagnosis. Never treat anything on the face without knowing what you are treating. You could end up making things worse or even causing scarring. You definitely need to see a doctor...if this redness is only under your eyes, you could be guessing wrong about what is causing the redness.

Yes i am an 18 year old male. Its very rare among men and especially among young men. Ive had it bad since I was 17 and the worst part is the psychological damage it can cause. I hope for your sake you do have rosacea.

I would not go to the doctor unless it bothers you. My rosacea was aggrivated when I confirmed I actually had rosacea (this disease has a serious psychological component).
