Also, are there different procedures for publishing different genres of books? I've written a great deal, I just have no idea where to start in terms of getting my work published, so I'll take all the advice I can get. Thank you!

Thompson has made some questionable draft picks (Aaron Rodgers, Justin Harrell) and has not picked up any major free agents (except for Charles Woodson, who has thus far not played up to his contract) despite the Packers' salary cap room. Sports Illustrated said that the Packers had the worst draft in the NFC, largely in part due to Thompson's policy of drafting the best player available, despite what the Packers' needs are. So is there a method to Thompson's madness or is he just an idiot?
