I am amazed you could put those three things in the same sentence let alone a question.
Lets see the sex you are having is so bad its making you sick so you are talking to God about it?
Trust me.... That wouldn't happen to me. I can't say that I have ever called out to him during sex or when I was worshiping at the porcelain throne.

I can`t say I know anyone who has done either. Personally, if I am being sick or having sex, the last thing on my mind is having a conversation with God !

Because they haven't truly found God yet. I believe people must reach that one point in their life where they find they can't live their life without him. They will realize that God provides the best of times and comforts us in the worst of times. And when those people learn that the best of times aren't just during an orgasm they will let God in to take care of their whole life (sex life and all!).
