at first the boy just throws meat down in the pit but soon his teddy bear tells him they need more and that he should throw all the mean people down their but when he finaly sees what he is doing is bad he stops and moves somewhere else but then finds another pit that he gets pushed into.

I have soda, 0-2 times a week. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, a lot of dairy and wheat, and some meat. My problem is I eat a lot afterschool(i have a healthy packed lunch). What can I do to lose a few pounds and change my eating habits?

I just started college this past fall at 170. Somehow between all nighters and working I have managed to put on 30 lbs. I am still comfortable with myself though. But with summer approaching, I would like to try to lose some of the weight. I just found out about two months ago that I have arthritis in my knee and in my hip, which is a shock since I use to do track and up until the beginning of school was always very active. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can workout and lose the weight without affecting my joints? I am also a full-time waitress so I dont want to constantly be exhausted and I have already changed my diet to including more fruits, veggies and water.

Let's take the Mets and for instance.
They have signed Delgado, Beltran, Wagner, Martinez before he got hurt, Green who is still decent but not great. All of these players were and most still are all-star calibur. Nobody says a word. Reyes and Wright are the only two hitters from their farm system. Mike Pelfrey is the only pitcher.

The Yankees pick up Abreu last year because the Phillies didn't want to pay him and all hell breaks lose. Would it have been ok if the Mets had signed him?

Posada, Jeter, Cano, Rivera, DeSalvo, Pettitte, Wang, Hughes and Cabrera are all from the Yankee farm system.

The payroll is high due to the fact of the number of guys in the peak/fat part of their contracts.

I have been working out and eating consciously since mid February. I have lost about 15 pounds. The first 8-10lbs. just flew off but the last 5 have been slowly creeping off with lots of effort. How can I stimulate the weight loss process into a higher gear?

I live in San Bernardino California and I will be graudating high school next year and I'm interested in a career as a Physician Assistant. I currently take both high school and college classes at San Bernardino Valley College and I was planning to transfer to UCLA or UCR. However I have been looking at programs, for PA and I found a couple at UCLA, UCR, and even Riverside Community College. They all take the same courses and do the same thing except UCLA and UCR are much more expensive then RCC and offer BA and MA's. RCC only offers the AA and the certificate. Is that still good. I mean it's cheaper and it's the same time and closer to home. I have no idea what I should do. Can I still work as a PA with only an AA in Physician Assistant? What would you do in this situatation?
