As far as cardio goes change machines often and add intervals, this is more effective.
On free weights, change your exercises in every workout.
Check out some natural weight loss supplements, they can be a benefit to a good diet and exercise program. There are two all natural diet pills that are safe and have no side effects. They are Cha de Bugre and Hoodia Gordonii.
Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html
Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
Keep in mind that Hoodia Gordonii alone provides appetite suppression but not fat burning. Cha de Bugre is a fat burner but not as good as hoodia with appetite suppression. There are also brands that mix Cha de Bugre with Hoodia Gordonii and other weight loss herbs like Green Tea that can increase both fat burning and appetite suppression.
I have written a lot of articles on Hoodia. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Also some of the best tips on buying Hoodia I have found are in Totalink’s Hoodia Buyers Guide at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/buy_hoodia.html
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

Shock your body. You've got to make a change to break the plateau. Try something like the atkins diet for 2 weeks, and eat no carbs at all. Change your workout schedule--do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and an hour in the evening (or vice versa). Do different exercises (bike, stairmaster, eliptical machine, jogging, swimming, etc.)
You need a week to two weeks of something wildly different where your body has to jumpstart itself to a new level of activity, then you will break your plateau and keep losing weight. You may reach several plateaus as you work on weight loss, especially if you have to lose a lot of weight.

First, congrats on losing the weight! Second, plateaus happens to everyone, which includes me, and it is so frustrating. Your body has become used to your workout routine, so in a way you have to "trick" it by getting some variety into your regular workout. For example, it is good to do things like sprinting a tenth of a mile and then coming back down to a walking speed again for two tenths of a mile and repeat over and over, possibly lengthening and shortening sprinting distances. Also, your metabolism has become used to your food intake. Remember not to eat the same amount of calories or same things a day. Your metabolism becomes used to this and it begins to level off. Try eating a larger lunch than dinner one day and then next change it up to a bigger dinner smaller lunch. You can also utilize your breakfast into this routine. I hope this helps! Good luck on your weight loss track!

Add another 15 min of aerobic, and extra weights. If you desire to reduce weight and no longer bulk up then upload extra reps with much less weight. If you upload extra weight, you are going to come to be bulking up and gaining muscle weight. Also check out reducing your energy again, check out to not consume an excessive amount of fruit given that it has tons of sugar, which will upload on your glycemic index, and becomes the identical factor as a sweet bar to your frame. Carbs are not always dangerous, so long as you're shrewd approximately it. Whole grain whatever is not always dangerous for you, so long as you employ moderation. If you uncover that at some point you can not cross without over doing only a tad, then the following morning upload yet another 5 mins to you aerobic and do yet another 2 reps for your weight set.

I'm having the same problem. either eat more or eat less. exercise differently. do different exercises or change intensity. your body has grown used to what you've been doing and needs to be shaken up a bit. in the beginning, the weight comes off faster, then slows down a lot. as long as you lose 2-3 pounds a week, you're doing OK. accept that some weeks you might not lose at all.

Change your eating habits, and or exercise schedule...
Switch to eating 4 - 6 meals a day but keeping your calorie total reasonable...add some more intense exercise to your workout program, or extend your workouts if you typically do short ones (30 mins or less) or perhaps workout more days a week if you workout less than 5...
Not knowing what you do now, it's hard to make good suggestions...
