The best places to go after a game, are right around the park. You get the baseball crowd, lots of excitement still in the air, and coverage on TVs all over the place of the post game. Of those bars I would highly recommend Game On, The Baseball Tavern, Whos on First or Boston Beer Works. These are all literally within a less than 5 minute walk from the park. Some are basically just a few steps outside. The Cask is somewhat of a Boston baseball tradition, so you might want to go there. Personally, I don't think it's any better than other bars in the area or anything special and it's usually overcrowded and impossible to be seated at if you want some food! If you're looking for some music and something a little younger and lively, check out Tequilla Rain, which is big and has fun different unique drinks etc. All these places will be a good time, and there are tons more in the area which won't be too bad either! You can't really go wrong. Enjoy!

Well you've been given the basic "Red Sox bars" minus one. I've had some great times at Copperfield's on Brookline Ave, right down the street from Fenway. Of course it helps to know when there is good music there. There are so few clubs left with live music, so this is one to keep in mind (although it might start later so you might want to check out the Cask, Jillian's, or the Beer places first if a fan of beer lol.
My other suggestion would be to jump on the T and head down to Fanuiel Hall. The Black Rose is almost always a good time, and just like Landsdown St, as someone else said, you can just wander around and see what looks/sounds good to you, since there are tons of places. That's always fun, especially if it's a nice night.
Then again, you could start at one, work you way to the others ;) Have fun!

Well since you are already going to be at Fenway, Lansdowne St., on the other side of Fenway, has a bunch of clubs like Avalon, Axis, Tequila Rain, theres Jilians which has the latest games, Lucky Strike is a bowling alley, and there are bars around the area too. Hope you have fun. go Sox

If you are going to Fenway, you are going to be surrounded by a lot of bars and clubs in the Fenway area. Most of them are open doors/windows so you could see through them before you go in. Don't skip on Jillians.
Believe me, you don't have to plan where you are going after the game, you will will see all the bars/clubs before and after the game.

Have not been to Boston for a while but,
there was a cool brew pub right there, and there used to be a bunch of clubs on Lansdowne street.
