How do I get them out?
I've called Car repair ; COudld do nothing about it!

Call a locksmith. The last one I saw, he got in the car in less than a minute and didn't tear up anything. It is a lot cheaper th call them than to start smashing windows or trying to use a slim jim. good luck.
