my boss has good and bad side, he is humourous, down to earth most of time, but he MUST win every arguments, i often feel deflated after talking to him, because i feel so 'stupid' since he is so 'right' about everything. Because his need to win everything, he has made me lose a big sale last week, when i explain my frustration to him, he told me that its all my fault that i 've lost the deal, he has nothing to do with it, he doesn't care about our relationship etc, i cried and feel very unappreciated, he has everything to do with the deal i've lost, because he insisted some optional documents to be signed by a client, even after i've told him the client would bail, he refuse to listen (i met the client 2 times he has never met the client), we lose the sale. What should i do with this normally nice boss but 'arrogant and argumentative' at the same time?

I have many videos, most of which use the Divx codec.
When i give them to my friends, they can't watch it and i don't feel like telling them to download codecs.
Is there a way to remove them from a vid and make it standard format?

Okay, I have a tank with some feeder fish and a fantail. I'm just about done treating my tank for a horrible case of ich, with the temp up to 88 degrees and using Rid-Ich. I changed 75% of the water, not adding any more salt as I was also using a 1% salt method. (1 TB/gallon).
One of my feeder fish started turning brown a week ago, like oil jammed into the scales or something. Now it is almost completley covered in black, and my other fish are turning brown too, including the fantail. I do water changes every day, took out my filter cartidges but still have pmp on. I took out all plants and only have a couple rocks in there while I'm treating the ich.
Does anyone know what is causing the brown spots? I've heard it "might" be salt burn, but I have changed a ton of the water, and the fish are twice as bad today as yesterday! Wouldn't they be better without the salt in the water?
Can anyone help me?

Since high school i have always liked the idea of being a financial planner. I have one year left at Cal State Fullerton but i want to get into some kind of internship before i graduate. Ive looked around the internet and could not find anything in or around orange county, CA. Anyone know of an internship program or anything like that. What should i do next? Any great books to read to supplement my education?

Is it possible for a guy to like a girl and not stare at her? If he is also sweet to me and helps me with school and compliments me and teases me but just doesn't stare at me?

I have replaced the distributor cap, plugs . . . took it to 3 mechanics & they've found nothing wrong with it. Also, the oil light flashes every once in a blue moon, yet my oil & fluid levels are always fine. The only correlation I have now noticed is that if I shift down when the oil light flashes/warning beep occurs, it stops flashing/beeping. It is a 5spd VW golf. Any ideas? THANKS!

What about on 9/11, some of the office workers, let's say they didn't believe in Jesus but in their lives they tried to be good people and be honest, one minute their in their offices, a plane hits and they die horribly, are you telling me they are going to hell for the horrible death suffered for others...they go to hell...for what now...not believing in Jesus? Very "fair" god isn't he. Very "understanding". All christians can do is hide behind the bible... it's clear most of them believe in an unfair monster god. Especially the ones who believe that my story is correct.

I have a 90.6 unweighted GPA at a college prep school...i recently got a 22 on da ACT-first time...is there still a chance i can get into Loyola Chicago or Marquette for Medicine? And also...do colleges look at both the SAT(take 2morrow) or ACT equally? is that true...that as long as you do good one time on either da ACT or SAT i will be alrite? Thanks for all da help
