100% Proof:
Our Creator;
Life - Humanity is part of Life;

0% Proof:
religious beliefs
Blind faith DOES NOT prove anything - and that's what believers of religion have.
Please extend pity to the blind faith believers...
they go through life blind, stupid, ignorant and unable to understand and believe in the Truth, not being able to Create Their own Relationship with Our Creator...
Pity, Pity, Pity, Please Pity all the people in religion... and the stupid atheists too !

remember:

"religion is Spiritual fraud"; "religion is the Worse invention of humanity" - Jesus Christ, Buddha and any one else with Spiritual intelligence.

atheists = all the people in religion = all the ignorant fundamentalists = all the cults/superstitions

Moving from the Midwest to LA - for work, but it's Not absolutely a "permanent move" - could be 2-4 years.
We have an entire 3 bedroom house to move.
Not sure if the moving truck expenses would be more than the furniture is worth. Most of the furniture is a hodgepodge of very cool , but no so "expensive"antiques,found/ garage sale furniture and alot of sentimental stuff.
But we are debating if we should store the more personal items (or take with)and leave the house furnished and rent it out ...or move it all.

Thinking it may be more cost effective and sensible to furnish the LA place with furniture purchased in LA rather than haul it all to LA.
If anyone has made a similar move and words of advise either by what you did or in hindsight ?

Rememeber,We are thinking of renting out the Midwest home (possibly furnished), since the current economy won't support selling at this time

My three month old puppy just recently at about 12 am last night couldn't stop peeing. She would pee and then a couple of seconds later would try to pee again but nothing would come out. She's been doing this since then, it seems like she feels like she has to pee all the time.
And about 1 am she vomited. And this morning at about 8 am she vomited again and the peeing thing is still going on.
She already has a vet appt on Monday for regular shots and check up when I take her then I am going to have them check her out for what's been going on....
I just wanted to know your thoughts and what I should expect when I take her to the vet on Monday!

Here's the story. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years. We dated for 6 months before he moved in. I have a 4 year old son as well. The past 4-5 months, things have been really tense around the house. We don't connect like we used to. I really love him, but I can tell he's not happy. I think he's only staying because he doesn't want to hurt me. I'm a strong woman and I'll be fine on my own. (I've been single before) I just don't know what to do. I think we need to talk about it...I really think it would be best if he moved back home for a while if nothing else. I don't really want to break up..I just think he needs to be alone for a while and decide what he really wants. What is the best way to go abhout this? Should I just suggest that he move out? I love him dearly and don't want him to think that I don't want to see him...but I can tell that he's not happy. Please....give me some advice!! My heart is hurting, but I want us both to be happy.

An atheist states since God can not be proved therefore God does not exist.

Then an atheist relies upon the fallibility of "science," to champion the non-existence of God. Yet, science rests upon an accumulated knowledge base of over 20,000 years, and in all of that time "science," can not state how the Universe was created, or came into existence, except to state, "We don't know."
Nor can science state what the Universe actually is, and in fact can't even define gravity.

Science does know that the Theory of Relativity is incorrect.

So it is from the pitiful underpinnings of science that an atheist relies upon to absurdly discount the existence of God?

Now that is laughble. Therefore, Atheist= absurdium ad infintum.

I was always under the impression that driftwood lowered ph, but my aquariums ph is MUCH higher than my tapwater. I don't like adding those ph adjusters as I can never seem to acheive a constant ph which is even more detremental.I have two large pieces of wood in my tank so why is the ph so high?

So I have a ten gallon tank, and I have a new 40 gallon. Im going ot fill it up, put the established media from the ten in the back of the hob filter onthe 40 gal. Im also gonna put some pantyhose filled with established gravel in, most of the gravel from the ten. So im gonna do fishless cycle, probably just like using a piece of shrimp or something. 2 questions, how ong do I leave the shrimp in and when should my levels reach the point where I can add two swordtails?

On one episode of "Beavis and Butthead", Butthead told radio listeners that if they were the 10th caller to the station, they would get a free tattoo of a butt on their butt. I thought it was hilarious. What's the funniest tattoo you have or have seen? I know most people get serious tattoos, but some get light hearted, fun ones.

...that people hold onto religion and refuse to accept facts of science that contradict that religion because they are afraid of the uncertainty it will bring to their lives? I mean, many people have devoted their entire lives to religion. It informs every thing they do. It's a culture in which they understand how to act and what responses they can expect. Do you think some are just afraid of living outside that comfort zone? They don't want to rock the boat? They've spent years trying to figure life out and don't want to have to start all over with a new way of thinking and framework for viewing the world, not to mention how scary it could be to realize that life might just end at death?

I think it would be very frightening to change the most basic beliefs you have about the world. Is that why people are so resistant to letting go of ridiculous religious ideas?

Religions were created to explain the unknown. Are some people just not able to live w/o that safety net?

Let's say you became an amateur property investor... and then managed to buy ten separate properties (through whatever means, don't worry about the costs of loans or whatever-- the point is that you purchased the ten properties) and got them for a somewhat reduced cost so you immediately put them up for sale for a higher price and sold them within, let's say, 3 months, maybe less. Does the amount of property tax depend on how long you own the property or the fact that you own it at all? In other words, you only owned the properties a fairly short time and they were up for sale all or pretty much all of that time, so do you have to pay property tax or is it only if you own the property for a larger part of a year or the whole year?
