My three month old puppy just recently at about 12 am last night couldn't stop peeing. She would pee and then a couple of seconds later would try to pee again but nothing would come out. She's been doing this since then, it seems like she feels like she has to pee all the time.
And about 1 am she vomited. And this morning at about 8 am she vomited again and the peeing thing is still going on.
She already has a vet appt on Monday for regular shots and check up when I take her then I am going to have them check her out for what's been going on....
I just wanted to know your thoughts and what I should expect when I take her to the vet on Monday!

Let me clarify she IS peeing. It's like us going to the bathroom and then getting up and feeling like we have to go again, but obviously we just peed everything out so no pee is going to come out.....

Thanks!
And her diet is fine. She eats Puppy Science Diet and eats Mighty Dog Can Food....
I check everyday to make sure they haven't been recalled. My other dog eats the canned food as well and the same treats and she is fine.

UTI, Puppy vaginitis.. If you want to help her til you get to the vet.. Give her a couple of cranberry capsules 3 times a day, 2 garlic 2ce a day, and put applecider vinegar in her drinking water.. She'll be feeling better likely by later this afternoon.

The vomiting I am not sure.. But I wouldn't leave that until monday!

that's a judgment call only you as a mommy can make. The pup being so young could get really dehydrated quickly just like kids. call the vet and ask first thing tomorrow. Something isn't normal with the vomiting. Expect frequent urination from a pup. Don't yell at it, after the fact, because they have a memory only about 30 seconds long. But if you catch the dog in the act, interrupt it and calming take it outside to do its business. This is how you will house break it. Yelling after the fact will just confuse the dog. It will go off and hide afterward to do it's business so you won't yell or be upset. Take it often outside and when it does do the good doggie just clap and brag and make the neighbors think you are nuts. The dog will try to please you again like that. Bad dog=no reaction, Good dog= get bragged on and petted and loved to bits. a tiny treat wouldn't hurt either. See about that vomiting. Call vet tomorrow.

I wouldn't wait until Monday this sounds like a kidney problem that is very serious. I don't know if your puppy had any meds or not but the Mother could have been given some that was transfered through the milk. Has she had any shots at all? Many puppy die also from Non-steroids. If the Mother has been given the drug the puppies get it from her milk. Please don't wait or you may had a dead puppy on your hands. Sorry to be so burtal but its the truth. See below:
loss of appetite
change in drinking habits (refusal to drink or increased water consumption)
unusual pattern of urination, blood in the urine, sweet-smelling urine, an overabundance of urine, urine accidents in the house
vomiting
diarrhea
black, tarry stools or flecks of blood in the vomit
lethargy, drowsiness, hyperactivity, restlessness, aggressiveness
staggering, stumbling, weakness or partial paralysis, full paralysis, seizures, dizziness, loss of balance
jaundice (yellowing of the skin, mucus membranes and whites of the eyes) Keep on eye onthe puppy & call the Vet ASAP they will work her in I am sure.

Frequent Urination Puppy

SOUND SLIKE MY 3 month old puppy... he had a bladder infection.... which can be confused with the symptoms of DIABETES INCIPEDUS (spelling maybe wrong).... I had him tested and they found a bladder infection...
Then the vomitting started and he had CAMPY (cambiobacteriosis again check for spelling)... its infectious, so they can get it from other dogs and also humans can get it too so be careful...
My dog used to pee and drink SO MUCH it scared it... i was so sure he had diabetes of some sort (being a bio major Im aware of the symptoms)... so BEFORE you go to the vet get a urine sample. If he pees at 6 am and your appt is at 11am then you have to put it in the fridge (just like you would a childs urine sample),,,, hope this helps...

ABOUT WHAT YOUR FEEDING YOUR DOGS
I do not care what any one says, but MIGHTY DOG and all those foods are horrible... Dogs want MEAT! they dont want carby nasty fillers... Please ask your vet about this also. Your feeding your dog food with alot of fillers, i knwo its cheap, but your going to cut their livees short....

I feed my dog All natural and only thing slike venison meal (you can do chicken meal too)....
Argue til your blue int he face, btu Dogs are "wild" animals they dont run in fields and eat corn and wheat, they hunt for meat... its natural for them,,, giving them mighty dog is like eating a lean cuisne every day of your life!

Make sure the pet food you are giving is not a recalled item.

Go to the drugstore and get some unflavored pedialyte. It will rehydrate your puppy . See if you can take it to the vets right away.

If you have a crate for her, keep her in it at night, make sure the floors are clear of anything she maybe able to ingest. Keep all toxic plants out of her reach. Make sure she didn't eat anything harmful.

She has a bladder infection and must go to the vet immediately.

Bladder infections are very painful and if left untreated can move into the kidneys. Vomiting is also a symptom of bladder infections.

You can NOT WAIT TIL MONDAY. Take her in first thing this morning.

Sudden changes in body function (Thirst/Hunger, vomiting, peeing, etc) are normally signs that a pet needs to see a vet quickly. Puppies might be more suceptible - I think you should call your vet office immediately and describe the symptoms so see if you should come in earlier than Monday.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7tM

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.
