I think my nephew is a "Tard"????

My nephew is 7 and hes cross eyed and drools all the time...
My brother says he's special but I think hes a Mental Retard...
How do I approach this b/c they let him loose all the time and think he is no harm to others. I tell them he needs to be kept indoors supervised ,but I feel like they wont figure it out until he kills a neighbor kid. (Like Jeffrey Dahmer did) I dont know should I call the police??????

What gases are found in fresh air?

This is a science question from my kid's science class. The gases given are Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen and Water Vapour. I think fresh air should contain all of them, since air is made of these gases and what is so special about fresh air.

How hot are Bell Pepper (red/green capsicum) SEEDS on the Scoville Scale?

I have been trying to find this information online with no success. The seeds I am talking about are the ones in normal capsicums you might have at home (called just capsicum in Australia, called bell peppers in the US).
I know that the capsicum/bell pepper itself has a Scoville Rating of 0, but I am wondering about the seeds.

Any Chilli fans know this?

Book of Revelation coming true? Please help.?

Is the Book of Revelation coming true? I don't really believe in certain elements of the bible, but this bit seems to be happening.

if people say that "goths" and "emos" are followers and sheep.........?

what does that make everyone else who dresses and acts "normal"?? aren't they followers in some way as well? and if a "goth" or "emo" stops dressing and acting how they like to, and starts being "normal" doesn't that still make them a follower?? idk maybe i am wrong......what do you think?
