Benefits of being physically active
You feel fit, energetic, strong and healthy. If you've ever suffered from a lack of energy, say after an illness such as fever, you'll know how good it is to have a healthy body. Feeling fit, energetic, strong and healthy makes you feel positive about life.
Physical activity releases endorphins - these are the body's natural "feel good" chemicals - no wonder getting physical makes you feel good!
Physical activity reduces stress and tension, making you one relaxed person.
Exhilaration - enjoy the thrill of some activities, like climbing a rock wall or BMX racing.
Social enjoyment, like making new friends, enjoying the fun of a social team game together, or the chatting while you walk, or bike ride together.
Increased skills - practice means getting better at what you do.
More physical activity means you can eat more without gaining kilos.
Your muscles become stronger with more physical activity.
You have a better night's sleep when you are regularly active.
You have more energy and feel less tired.
Being healthy means looking your glowing best - this can increase self-esteem and positive self-image.
You can use strenuous physical activity as an effective way of reducing your anger.
Any physical activity that involves an impact, eg walking, running, aerobics etc, helps to keep calcium in your bones, keeping them stronger for longer. This will make you stand tall and strong and help prevent osteoporosis when you're older.
Physical activity means a strong heart and lungs - they'll last longer - and so will you! Your blood pressure and the bad cholesterol are lower, so you'll stay healthy in later years.

Tell him to speak slowly and calmly - and loudly, but without shouting! Imagine the class eating ice cream but with it all over their faces, especially the teacher! that way, he will smile! You do not say how long he has to talk for, but I would have thought only for a couple of minutes - if that! Try something like this: Do you know how many children weigh too much? It is about 15 per cent of us - that means in this school, around X children are overweight. This is because we eat too much and spend too much time sitting down. If we weigh too much now, we will be too big when we grow up and have other things wrong with our health. So we should not eat that packet of crisps - we should eat an apple! But we also do not do enough exercise. Exercise is things like walking to school or riding a bike to a friend's house - just make sure you tell an adult where you are going! We can also run around at break time, playing things like tag. Tonight, after watching SpongeBob, we should play football or hopscotch or do some skipping - all these are physical exercise. We will make ourselves fit and help us not to have problems when we are older!

There just isn't much out here for that age group. Try searching you city for soccer teams in your atea.....It is extremely popular now and excitingly physical....granddaughter has been playing since 5 is now 11 and plays 2 teams city team and All Stars...which is coached by the high school coach and by invitation only....They start scouting for potential players at a very early age. Off season it's track ,basketball and swimming ( lessons had to stop on that, they said they have taught her all they know now go for competition.) Sports activities are very important at that age .
No fat on that kid!
