If the people had complied with the lawful orders they were given no one would have been hurt. A lawful order also applies to journalists as well btw.
They didn't comply and they paid the price. Also be aware that the female reporter from Fox News (Christina Gonzalez) is married to a retired LAPD officer. She knew better than to get in their way.
The reality is...Everyone that failed to comply got exactly what they deserved. Journalists included.

From what I saw, and hear on the news it's not the police that are at fault. The media is blaming the police, so therefore the protesters are following suit. Protesters began throwing rocks at the police for no apparent reason. So the police fought back. They kept yelling at the protesters to leave the area, and they just stood there, so the police helped them along. I would however question the use of rubber bullets. They should only be used in confrontational situations, not at random like they did here. But you can bet that because of a few, the city of LA will be paying some hefty money to the protesters who sue them. Were any of these protesters detained? Didn't think so. They have no right to be here protesting unless they are LEGAL citizens of this country. Furthermore, they should be urging their friends and family to come here the legal way instead of ILLEGALLY!

Where I live they said in the news that the illegal march was much smaller this year then last year and that the police were attacked with rocks and sticks by protesters, and the police had to shoot them w/ rubber bullets.
When did it change to the police doing something wrong?

YEs, thank them on their way out on suspension. Hahahaha it made me laugh, what did they think they were doing w/all that media there. Did they think there wasnt going to b video of their police brutality. Thank them because there will be less vigilance on ur streets in LA, thank them for making LA police look like ignorant brutal CITIZEN beating officers. Im sorry does this conduct just make "MOST AMERICANS" look like cowards w/power, is this what ur claiming?( see dont make analogies with violence) Now w/LA's Latino mayor i think right, looks like someones gonna have to take the blame. Thank you LA!

OK. Let me introduce you to the new America:

You are not allowed to do anything bad to militant, violent groups who use race as their shield.

Militant, violent groups who use race as their shield are allowed to do whatever they want.

if you didnt notice most of the people that the police injured were journalist not illegals. if you think that it's ok to throw someone to the groung, kick them and then throw their equipment to the ground when that person is no threat to you then you SERIOUSLY have a problem
