why is it that we that are kind of creeped out by a scarry movie we still watch?knowing! that we are going to have creepy feelings later and what is that called.

A few decades ago women burned their bras and fought for equality with men. Today we are almost equal.

Why is it that so many women want to stay home? Their goal in life is "to be hot", to find a "husband" and "to be a good wife"?!?

My understanding is that under Crane doctrine the tax basis of the property to begin with is Equity Invested + Financing (recourse or nonrecourse doesn't matter). i.e. 20K down + 80K purchase money mortgage = 100K. What if the property is appraised for only 80K right before purchase but purchaser paid 100K? Is the tax basis 80K or 100K.

In other words, is the tax basis the actual assessed value of the property or is the tax basis the total investment?

So everyones got this on their minds and spewing out of their mouths but nothing is getting done. I dont see it changing due to the cost, but shouldent anything thats good for the planet be free like the air that we breath. But wait everyones filled with sin we have to have money money money! So if it is good for the enviornment its gonna cost a fortune right, what the hell is the point to care when nothings getting done in the first place? Our planet our home? Nothing is out there thats within reach that could keep the human race survive. Once this planet is done so is the human population! Why does anyone care its to late right?

Someone was griping about bad college instructors the other day...their entire class maintains the majority of test-questions were never discussed. I am a service person who went into a commercial building to make a repair, while I was there I noticed signs of a major construction flaw that could potentially cause harm or even death to those people who work in the building. Should I make a big deal about this and file a formal complaint with the state and potentially cause the loss of jobs for the engineer who designed the building and the inspector who approved the plans or should I just fix the problem and let it go. The building is only 3 years old and anyone with any sort of education in the field should have noticed the problem before the building was erected.

i'm trying to make a d-1 football team and im finding it incredibly difficult since i weigh only 170 lbs as a safety. i've been working out and i am getting stronger, but slowly, and im not getting heavier. i've taken a lot of stuff ranging from creatine to protein to weight gainer. none of it has helped me gain weight. is there some kinda supplement that slows metabolism?
