well it depends what time ur exercising usually ur suppose to eat an hour after getting up but I think the best thing is to have a protein shake mixed with fruit and have like some egg whites. The shakes are good for you because the replenshes your body after exercising. Everytime you exercise hard core your tare muscle tissue and the shakes help that come back together and your body well absorb much easier because you got your metabolism going.
