A great comparision can be found in sports.
In America black atheletes are celebrated and embraced the same as white atheletes.
In Europe their have been various examples of racism to black footballers. even Super stars like Theiry Henry have faced racial taunts on the playing field from spectators.

I believe you. Both groups have their fair share of racism, but its obvious that Americans are far more tolerant of minority's.

European countries were not founded on the same principles as the United States. We Americans are unique in our history as a nation of immigrants. In prior generations, it is what made this country so vibrant and energetic, the best of all cultures pooling together and forming a consciousness as one united country. Now it has become a double edged sword, because it is used by everyone who wants to come here as an indication of their divine right to do so with complete disregard for our laws or sovereignty.
I don't begrudge European countries their history and unique culture. English culture was not founded on soccer players, and if I were from Western Europe I would not feel guilty about being white, just as I don't feel guilty about being a white, middle class, straight male American. Europe was also not founded by Hitler. Throughout history, a very miniscule percentage of Europeans have been totalitarian, fascist, or nazi. Attributing any of the non-politically correct actions of European hoodlums at soccer games to "neo Nazi-ism" is lame.

No.
Europeans are incredibly racist. You will never see a senior-level politician in Europe who is anything other than white and of the same national background at that.
No minority mayors, senior judges, cabinet members, or anyone running for nation-wide office.
Europe is about as racially regressive and tribal as it gets.

Look at what the Nazis did to Jews 60 years ago!
That type of group-mentality needed to exterminated right away. We didn't do that, so they are out there teaching younger Germans how to hate Jews. Those Germans that are still pissed off at America for interfering with their fun in the '30's and 40's are also pissed at America.

While in the past Europe had the most racists (Nazi German, Stalinist Russia, ect.), currently, the U.S. has state sponsored racism. There's the NAACP, the ACLU, Jesse Jackson, the DNC, Al Sharpton, Jet Magazine, SPIKE TV, WB (now CW)TV and Louis Farakan. How much more racist could we possibly get?
