I've missed episodes of Heroes and I want to watch them. I'm not from America so I can't watch them on NBC. Don't tell me to go to Bittorrent, tv-vid or peekvid because I've tried them all. I don't want streamed tv...I just want somewhere I can download or just watch the episodes.....thanks for all your help.

I have been living in Kanazawa Japan for 9 months now and although I love the cheap and wonderful fruits and vegetables here, I am wondering as to the safety of eating them. Most of the places where you get fresh produce are right next to factories and places which would seem to emit toxins of some sort. I dont know how they regulate these things here. Can someone help me out?

A disgruntled student at Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Va., went on a shooting spree. Peter Odighizuwa tragically shot six people, killing Dean Anthony Sutin, Associate Professor Thomas Blackwell, and student Angela Dales.

Most news reports pointed out that the situation ended when several students "confronted," "tackled," or "intervened." However, Tracy Bridges, Ted Besen, Todd Ross, and Mikael Gross did not merely "confront" Odighizuwa. Bridges and Gross separately ran to their cars to get their handguns once the shooting began. Bridges approached Odighizuwa with Besen's and Ross' aid. Gross was close behind. According to Bridges, "I aimed my gun at him, and Peter tossed his gun down." Bridges, Besen, and Gross had previously received police or military training.

Unfortunately, the media did not point out that the "intervening" students were armed. A Lexis-Nexis search revealed 88 stories on the topic, of which only two mentioned that either Bridges or Gross were armed.

help. we have had TONS and I say TONS of snakes in our backyard for last 3 years or so. And now we are FED up with them. they are not shy to come and slither past our chairs when we are out in the nice weather. I'm guessing its a gartner snake. I was just wondering if anybody knew of any home remedies to get rid of them. Just to keep them off in someone else's yard not mine. Thanks!!

I am so sick of hearing girls rip guys apart for something they have been doing for years. Not everything is about you!! I think the ones that go on and on about how wrong it is, need to give it a try themselves. It is my theory that a woman who says she doesn't masterbate is either lying, not doing it right, or never did it with a vibrating object. And what's the deal with porn? Afraid you will find things out about yourself? Or better yet, are you afraid because you will be confronting what you already know about yourself, just pushed aside? Face it ladies, it's ok for you to have a sexual side as well, and yes, even indulge in it privately. If it really isn't your thing, fine, but don't go preaching to your man, and tell him he is the scum of the earth because he enjoys it. Next time you want to go off the deep end about it all, consider this: Having sex is like a gormet meal. Masterbating is like snacking on a Snickers bar to get you through to your meal.

the tank is NOT leaking....it's sealed and clear!! I had sewer line issues and the toilet backed up. we had the sewer augered at the clean out NOT through the toilet[ already had a broken toilet that way] Anyway we flush the water fills UP not down and then completely drains the bowl once the tank has shut off you just hear it running down the drains under the house.like it doesn't have the air bubble in the snakey part of the toilet. HELP!!!

Hi all,

I just moved into a new house and was wondering if someone can give their views regarding this...

Im not generally a very religious person, but do believe there is a God out there and do pray to God from time to time. Recently i have been told by a few freinds and relatives that I should get my new house blessed? ie get a priest to bless the house.

This is my first house so i dont know what this entails. Has anyone got their new house blessed before. Regardless of what religion you belong too, i would like to know your views and the different ways i can fullfil this ritual or duty.

when it is pointed out that men wrote the bible to interpret god, but that "fallacious" interpretation is still so often used to point out how "hateful" god is. if it is a false documentation, then either, argue that it is false on all counts including what most non believers would refer to as a horrid and "humanistic" interpretation, or allow that perhaps the god that is ridiculed by atheists in the bible is a misrepresented god.
in other words, i hear folks say god is a myth written about by men. ok fine. god is vindictive within the text of scripture, ok fine, i will listen to that. But, to argue that men wrote it, which makes it "suspect," and then to argue against god using the same "suspect" material "begs the question" every bit as much as the "faith" that i see mocked daily.
