maybe your yard has bushes. they love it because its a natural hide out. Or maybe there are a lot of rodents in your yard. Rodents are primary food of snakes. what you can do is to find their burrows. your can force them to evacuate their burrow by 1) firing some loud firecrackers outside or better inside the burrow, 2) smoke them out - fill the burrow with smoke or 3) cover the burrow with rocks.

There are snake repellents you can buy. (plug in snake repellent on google). They don't really work that well, however.
Most agencies that deal with these matters recommend the following:
Eliminate cool, damp areas where snakes hide. Remove brush and rock piles, keep shrubbery away from foundations, and cut tall grass.
Control insect and rodent populations (the snakes’ primary food source) to force them to seek areas with a larger food supply. Put grains in tightly sealed containers and clean up residual pet food and debris.
In rattlesnake-infested areas, construct a snakeproof fence around the backyard or play area. Use 36-inch high galvanized hardware cloth with a 1/4-inch mesh and bury it 6 inches deep, slanted outward at a 30-degree angle. Make certain the gate fits tightly and swings into the play area. Keep all vegetation away from the fence to prevent snakes from climbing over it.
To prevent snakes from entering basements and crawl spaces, seal all openings 1/4 inch or larger with mortar, caulking compound or 1/8-inch hardware cloth. Check for holes or cracks around doors, windows, water pipes, electrical lines, etc.
You may trade one problem for another. If they are not poisonous snakes, they are helping control other things like rodents and insects.
I live in the country and we have some snake issues too. I have two cats. They have virtually eliminated the snakes from our yard, so the snakes stay down in the woods where they belong. For this to work, the cats have to spend a majority of their time outside.
Good luck

If there are that many snakes I think you are harboring snake food somewhere.
The snakes have to be there to eat, or they would get hungry and move on. I have alot of moles in my back yard , with all their mole tunnels and things. The moles attract rat snakes. Also if you keep piles of lumber and debris around your yard that makes a good hiding place for mice, more snake food.
Seek the source of snake food and try to get rid of that.
Personally I like snakes, and usually get excited when I see one. It isn't like I've ever had one chase me across the yard. They are just there looking for food. They are trying to survive, like most wild critters do. But I give up trying to convince people not to hate snakes. Nothing I say works.
Get rid of the all-you-can-eat snake food buffet in your back yard, and you will get rid of the snakes.

Uughhhhh!! Arrrrrrrr! Omg, I feel for you right now! I would keel over & have a heart attack!! Seriously...You may want to call a pet store & tell them your problem. They might point you in the right direction of how to get rid of them. If not, look online to see where you can buy a mongoose or an owl!!

Hang up some porcelain owls or something like that. They're natural predators to snakes and supposedly will scare them off.

The first thing to do is to eliminate their hiding sources, piles of wood or lumber stacks of rocks or bricks. Keep the grass short.
.............AND USE THIS................
Do all of these things and put your yard and yourself at ease.
I use to have a dog that hunted them and killed them, She is now waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.
I had to learn what to do in order to keep my yard for me and not the snakes.

Lawn mowers are a snake's natural enemy. Mow your yard daily until your problem is solved.
