OK so if the sewer line is backed up.....it would cause the toilet to drain slowly......but would it then let the toilet drain the whole thing??? wouldn't it level out or no?? and we told people to quit using it but they keep eating and well ya know LOL STUFF HAPPENS

IT COULD BE THAT THE PIPE LEADING FROM THE HOUSE TO THE SEWER HAS A HOLE IN IT SOMEWHERE AND ITS DRAINING OUT.

The toilet bowl has a built-in trap that holds water. No air bubble. This may be cracked and allowing the water to leak down the drainpipe without coming out onto the floor surface. A complete seal around the bowl is not a good idea since you will not know if there is a leak in the bowl until you either smell the mold or the flooring buckles. Since the water drains from the bowl immediately, I think you have a cracked bowl. A clogged vent would not do this quickly, only when another fixture is used and a vacuum is pulled on the toilet trap.

What I don't understand is that in normal operation once the water has drained the bowl is filled at the same time the tank is filled by a little tube to goes into the overflow pipe. Did it come loose?

If you are saying that the water drains AFTER the bowl and tank have filled there could be some kind of vacuum problem. Maybe to pipe to the roof is clogged. There could also be a crack in the trap in the toilet but if so where is the water going?

You might want to check the flang:

"Toilets are connected to the drainage system using a toilet flange. The flange fitting should be set so that the top of the flange is about one quarter inch above the finished floor surface. The flange contains several holes that allow you to securely fasten it to the wood or concrete floor beneath the flange. It is very important that the rim of the flange is supported by the floor. The weight of the toilet and anyone using it should never be transferred to the drainage pipes."

You might have a problem with your valve. which allows the water to stay in the toilet. If there is something preventing the valve from closing then that would be why water does not stay in. Snake it with a long wire brush or hanger gently to clear out anything blocking it. If there is nothing blocking and the water still leaks out you may have a broken valve. You can replace this valve (ask you local hardware store for details) or put in a new toilet...

You have something stuck in the toilet trap that is causing the water to siphon out. Could be a diaper, feminine product, cloth of some kind, etc. Try a "closet auger" or remove the toilet from the floor, clear out the obstruction and re-seat the bowl on a new wax ring.

The toilet bowl is backing up because someone obviously unloaded a huge turd in it. The mass and stench of said dookie is why you're having all these sewer line issues. My advice is to never again let that person use your bathroom again, especially after eating one too many bean and cheese burritos.
