I've missed episodes of Heroes and I want to watch them. I'm not from America so I can't watch them on NBC. Don't tell me to go to Bittorrent, tv-vid or peekvid because I've tried them all. I don't want streamed tv...I just want somewhere I can download or just watch the episodes.....thanks for all your help.

You specifically said "no bittorrent". So why do people think that naming other torrent clients will suddenly make you change your mind? I mean honestly people...
And as for LimeWire, forget it. It may be a source for music, but for TV shows: not so much. [At this point, I must point out that I do not encourage illegal file sharing of copyrighted materials.]
You may struggle to find the episodes on the net for free using anything other than P2P file sharing (which would, in this case, more-than-likely be illegal). Have you tried looking on eBay or Amazon for a cheap DVD of it? DVDs sell for pennies these days on eBay, especially for non-movies. It may not be free, but it's pretty good if you really want to watch it that much. If not, you'll just have to wait to see if any channel re-runs them over here.

They have every single pisodes of Heroes at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign-up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new shows episodes downloads including full series. the episodes are full-length with an instant download. They also give you for free the software to convert them to DVD so you can build your collection and watch them on your TV. I know you asked for free but if you ask me, its as free as it gets.

imho, bittorrent is the best way of downloading tv shows
First you need a bittorrent client, such as azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/)
then goto http://www.eztvefnet.org/ where you can find all the episodes of Heroes.

forget the rest of the answers..I get all my heroes downloads from isohunt.com...Suuuch good quality, and I pay nothing and soon, I will own the first season on DVD..
