If you eat alot of high calorie things in one day, but you go to the gym the same day, will you burn it off or could you still put on weight?

Also after eating alot of fatty food, how quickly would you put on weight and how much would you need to eat to do so?

In April 1997, there was a "gas out" conducted nationwide in protest of gas prices. Gasoline prices dropped 30 cents a gallon overnight.

On May 15th 2007, all internet users are to not go to a gas station in protest of high gas prices. Gas is now over $3.00 a gallon in a lot of places.

There are 73,000,000+ American members currently on the internet network, and the average car takes about 30 to 50 dollars to fill up.

If all users did not go to the pump on the 15th, it would take $2,292,000,000.00 (that's almost 3 BILLION) out of the oil companies pockets for just one day, so please do not go to the gas station on May 15th and lets try to put a dent in the Middle Eastern oil industry for at least one day.

If you agree (which I can’t see why you wouldn’t) email this to your entire contact list with it saying, ''Don't pump gas on May 15th"

If you need gas, get it the day before or the day after!

what was once a wooded lot near my house is suddenly being destroyed and torn apart? Once the lot was bought, there wasn't really a whole lot we could do but watch the trees get cut down and a house get built. Now, however, I think about the creek below the lot (it's on a hill) and how much sand that might be getting since there aren't any trees anymore. Also, since they were done building the house, we thought they'd be done with everything else (like cutting trees), but they now appear to be trying to cut down every tree they can find, right up to our fence.

I've looked on the EPA's website, and their info is mostly on chemical spills, illegal emissions, etc. Who would be the best person and/or agency to MAKE IT STOP, or at least try and get some restricting measures put in place. Might congressmen actually go out of their ways to help? I am not very well-versed in laws governing this sort of activity, so I assume it's probably all very legal, but I want to TRY.

IF people are going to "boycott" gas on May 15th, then there will be a LOT of people needing gasoline on the 16th (and 14th, for that matter).

If I were Shell, I would make my gas $6.00 a gallon on those two days, to show people what good a boycott does.

Do people really think gas prices have to do with anything other than supply and demand???

We are both in our 40s and we have both been eating it all of our lives. Suddenly we both developed sever alergies to crustacians (like shrimp and crab) within weeks of each other. I just hate that feeling soooo much...it makes me sick! I'm sure some girls would just say that throwing up would work, but that's disgusting and those people are really sick!

You can't really work-out and burn the food off after you just ate or else you'll get cramps. Soooo, what is the best way to get rid of that horribly icky feeling after a big meal???

I'm thinking that drinking some cold water might work, so that's what I'm doing right now. I even had water with my meal, but I still have that gross full feeling!

I am reading a book I picked up from an old bookstore. It's called The Ouija Board the doorway to the occult. It is quite an alarming read as it is independently written by a christian from true accounts of ouija board/(Channelling) experiences.
What are you views and beliefs or experiences? I would NEVER do one again. I have only done one about 3 times. Once at school on grass nothing happened. Once at a party. (16 yrs ago)Nothing happened and once on my own when I was a bit drunk and curious. All aboutI repeat after reading this book I would NEVER do one again.
I am curious of the tales of the planchette moving independently of human physical contact? Now i understand this is scientifically impossible. Where can I find scientific research undertaken whilst the ouija board is in operation?
I personally believe that 95+% of activity is through auto suggestion from the unconscious mind. the other 5% is purely unknown to science. What are your thoughts? Please this is a serious question.
