Is there actually a recipe to help weight loss? Because I get tired of eating the same thing everyday, my school is nut free and I'm too young to workout at any gyms, It's hard for me to lose weight. My mom and my friend are dieting with me to keep me motivated. I have karate on Monday and Thursday, I have Piano on Wednesday, I have singing lessons on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday I have to practice this East Indian dance thing to present at this multi-culteral event. So basically, I'm busy, fat and I want to lose 25 to 30 pounds. PLEASE HELP!!!
