do you get enough sleep?
eat properly?
i ask because some people don't get enough sleep or eat properly, maybe you should talk to your doc and get a blood test done to check for anaemia ,as that can make you really tired all the time.or thyroid check.

Without knowing the circumstances of your lifestyle, I'm not sure how to answer. But there are things you can try.
1) Set a regular time to go to bed. A lot of people your age don't, but it catches up with them sooner or later.
2)Make sure you're getting enough water and good nutrition. Fatigue can be a symptom of mild dehydration or malnutrition.
3)Start a mild exercise routine: That will help get your body revved up a bit.
4)If your mattress is over 10 years old, get a new one: The one you have is breaking down and so not supporting you right. And so you're not sleeping as well as you should.
5)Make sure you don't have Sleep Apnea. That is a condition that causes you to stop breathing while you're asleep, and you wake just enough to breathe again but not enough to remember.
If the above doesn't work, see a doctor. You might have something a bit more serious.
Good luck!

Make sure you get about 8 hours of sleep every night, and it helps if you go to bed and get up about the same times every day (easier said than done). Pulling all nighters and staying out partying til the wee hours will make you tired.
However, if you are getting proper sleep and are eating fairly healthily, then you could have low iron. It's a very common problem in women. I myself have low iron.
Another possible problem is mono. If you have mono, you would be exhausted, like not able to move. I had mono when I was 17, and I slept for like 3 days straight, just flat out exhausted, couldn't move. Check it out on google or whatever, and if you think you may have it, contact your doctor. It's diagnosed through a blood test. But I really hope it isn't that!

i have the same problem and it is apparently down to stress. try taking in more caffeine and make sure that you are getting all of the neccessary vitimins and minerals as they can slow you down if you are under-consuming them.
also do as many other people have said an go and get a blood test as you may find you have somethign called and under-active thyroid gland which can be controlled with medication, but can be fatal if gets very bad.
it may however just be down to a lower blood pressure which is not bad, aslo you shoudl just count your heart beat at a restful time , and you might find, like i did that you have quite a slow pulse also adding to the sleepiness.
i hope that thigns get better for you and from personal experience all you can do, is find out the reason behind it whether it be stress or somethign physical and work through it. you will be fine ! xx

It could be alot of things, are you getting your full eight hours of sleep a night? Are you sleeping in a normal pattern? e.g. going to bed at a decent hour and waking at a normal hour in the morning? Have you had a cold or something like that recently? Or could you be getting something? If you're getting sick the body's response is to sleep to help your immune system fight whatever is wrong with you...it might be an idea to discuss it with your GP if you're really worried.
Hope that is of some help and you feel less tired soon.

Ask your doctor to test whether you have an underactive thyroid gland - if you have this could be whats making you tired. It can be treated with Thyroxine or someting like that. You might need several blood tests to determine whether you have it as it doesn't always show up first time as it can fluctuate and results can be affected by what you have recently been eating. You need to fast for 12 hours prior to the blood test.

Eat lots of raw fresh fruits and veggies. I also take a tablespoon of "black Strap Molasses" when I'm really tired - it's a good source of iron.
