every day he pushes the 1 button to go to work and when he comes back from work he pushes the 6 button and he walkes the rest of the 6 flights of stairs back to his apartment.

I ask this because I had a bad experience with one of these loans. However, we need to refinance in order to get out of this right now yet I dont think I will be living in my home for more than 5 years.
