Lately I have been trying to slim down and firm up. I've been exercising every day, be it Pilates, treadmill, elliptical, etc. Yesterday I went WAY over my calorie limit, by like 1000 calories. Then this morning before I ate anything I ran for 45 minutes. But then today I've eaten like 3 servings of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and 400 calories worth of Milk Duds!! I've already hit my daily calorie limit and it's only 2:30pm!

What can I do to recover so I will still lose weight??? I am really disappointed in myself for eating like crap!

I had this Math problem at school and it was very complicating
It's about finding the area of a circle in terms of radius and diameter
I have many questions
Please answer them
1. Does 1 diameter = 2 radius? (Or does it have to do anything with the units used)
2. Is this problem correct:
Diameter - 24cm
(Formula) A = piR^2
(Key) A = Area; pi = 3.14; R = Radius; ^2 = power of 2
So what i have to do is solve the problem by plugging in the diameter (24cm) in the formula, in terms of radius, and find the answer
This is where i got stuck
I believe its:
A = (3.14) 48^2
....the number 48 being the diameter converted into radius
Is that correct? What's the answer?
Isn't the radius two times as much as the diameter (like 4 diameter = 8 radius)

Is there any possible way where i could just find the Area using the diameter in a formula instead of converting it to a radius?

PLEASE HELP!!! ANSWER ALL IF YOU ARE ABLE!!!

I am a high school student and I feel so uncomfortable when I am at school. All of my friends are barely pushing 100 lbs. I want to feel less pudgie around them. I am about 5'8" and weigh abuot 120 lbs. I want to know if there is a way for me to learn about 6 or 7 lbs in a few weeks?

I just read that God actually talks to people, He even seems to instruct some people to ask a specific question in this section.

So, I was wondering if Satan talks to us too. Concidering the fact that his 'greatest lie is telling the world he doesn't exist', I'm sure he does talk to us.

But has anybody actually heard him talk directly to them?

Me and my boyfriend of 2 years and 3 months broke up on Easter and he hasn't even called me or anything. I tryed texting him saying that I hope he will be safe and that I still love him but no response. He is in the Army. He joined last summer. I tryed to make it work and he called and stuff but I got really mad at him because I called him to wish him a happy Easter and he was being weird. I think he was actually trying to ask if we could take a break? Will I got mad and hung up on him but then was like oh ****! what did I just do! So I call him back and he says he just wants to be friends but will always love me. I just don't understand how he could do this after 2 years! I'm glad I'm still a virgin. It was hard because of the distance and he still has 3 years left in the Army but geez my heart got broken and I mean shattered. Plus I begged him to not do this which I wish I didn't because I'm not like that but I was having an emotional week.

I love Jesus. I do smoke cigs. and sometimes i drink a margrita. I go to church i quit smoking weed but sometimes i slip up. I am saved but do not have the holy spirit. I have never spoke in tongues. I'm i gonna go to hell. I know God is a loving and forgiving God.
