Lately I have been trying to slim down and firm up. I've been exercising every day, be it Pilates, treadmill, elliptical, etc. Yesterday I went WAY over my calorie limit, by like 1000 calories. Then this morning before I ate anything I ran for 45 minutes. But then today I've eaten like 3 servings of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and 400 calories worth of Milk Duds!! I've already hit my daily calorie limit and it's only 2:30pm!
What can I do to recover so I will still lose weight??? I am really disappointed in myself for eating like crap!
