seems that the world is not turning away from god, in fact that the world is steeped in radical and irrational "godism."
is there a correlation between belief and god to a radical point and the deaths of those that may have different beliefs? would this not more closely resemble falling apart?
just curious.
before the insults come, i am not a hedonistic satan loving god hater. i will refrain from profession of belief for the question's sake.

For those who support Bush, please answer this: what if we are just helping prolong a civil war, and in fact our presence is actually fanning the flames of a civil war? What if for every terrorist we kill, two more spring up in his place? Do we just stay there forever? What would have to happen to acknowledge that we are not helping the situation by trying to solve the political problems in Iraq by military means? And if you think we are going to solve them that way, is it reasonable to ask how long do you think that will take? Let's say we are still in Iraq ten years from now, and the situation is still the same. Troops are getting killed, and the parties over there are still killing each other? Should we continue to stay the course?

I have been with my girlfriend for almost three months. It's been amazing, her parents approve, and so do mine. We see each other just about everyday.

There's one problem. Her best friend HATES me. I believe shes mad because since me and my girlfriend spent every day together, she has no time to hang out with her. She wants to have my girlfriend in her life every second. Since day one, she has said horrible stuff about me. It tears my girlfriend apart when her best friend talks bad about me.

Also, last week she told her you pick him or me. Then she apologized, but I think shes a fake friend if she does that, right? Why would you make your good friend choose over somebody, thats not right.

Anyway, I dislike her best friend highly now that she talks bad about me behind my back, and she has no reason to hate me.

She cussed me out, and so I got upset and cussed her out a day later after i reasoned with her.

What should I do?

I'm really mad, and this is a horrible situation.
