I am in the 5 ith grade, and he asked me out and I said yes, we have been together 4 a very long time and he never gets close to me so I can kiss him 1st. HELP!!

take your time. something as important as a kiss should not be rushed. don't worry... he'll kiss you when he is ready and the time is right for him. if he does not he will not be the boy for you.

Romantic dating, having a "boyfriend" "going out" and such things are practicing for divorce. There is plenty of time to develop a relationship, but just hanging out with friends is more fun at 13. Do not worry about kissing and romance at this point. That actually distracts from the fun of being a teenager. Most others who are bragging about sex and things like that are lying anyway. It is a pathetic game which has been played for generations.
Hang out, have lots of friends and have lots of fun.

Brush your teeth well, use some flavoured lip balm and have a tic tac or gum for fresh breath and when you kiss him pucker your lips and kiss lightly at first and slow and then lust into the frenching. Kay that's hot.

u cant. u either kiss him (i dont recommend that) or u just wait for him and wait until he's ready or maybe tell him that u think its time for u guys to have a kiss (only if yall have been together for a while, a long while)

Kiss him first :) But if that is too bold for you, try throwing some flirty hints this way. Like "I'm wearing some new lipgloss, it's really yummy! Wanna taste?"

Is this a problem? Is he reluctant to kiss you?
Kiss him and see how he responds. If he's just shy, he may need a push to get started. But it that doesn't start him - you may have other problems.

Get close, look at him in da eyes, you can either lean on his shoulder and get all snuggled up and tell him to kiss you or to full proof him to kiss you; rub on his **** (i know its nasty but i bet he will kiss you) and say What ever his hame is and Kiss me kiss me now.
