My goodness! According to Sreesanth, it is India where cricket is lke a religion! Just imagine, like a religion, and only one World Cup of 1983!! Does it not mean that we should stop treating it like a religion and treat it like a sport?

And does religion simply mean outburst of emotions, and treating people who care for only for thier bank balances and promoting colas as 'patriots' and heroes, ? Or has the world suddenly become a topysy turvy place??!!

While terrorists are certainly dangerous, and I am in no way espousing silencing or prosecuting any U.S. citizen based on their political beliefs, it's worth addressing. Terrorists killed 3000 on 9/11 and a few hundred others here and there over the past 20 years or so, but liberals are behind events such as the Roe v. Wade decision that has triggered a holocaust of 45,000,000 unborn children. They often cheer for our enemies such as Castro, Chavez, Ahmadinejad, and yes, even Bin Laden for "standing up to us". They've worked diligently to fill the media with every form of vulgarity known to Man, and a few heretofore unknown, which has coarsened and desensitized society, all for the sake of "freedom of expression". They assail and ridicule every traditional, wholesome, family-oriented, patriotic, moral foundation we have, speeding our society's headlong rush into decadence and decay, all the while wrapping themselves in the cloak of "patriotic dissent". How much longer can we endure?

Bill and Anne have two young children, ages 2 and 4, and they are not currently covered under any life insurance policy. Anne is a full-time mom and brings in zero income. Bill currently makes around $45,000 a year. They are just barely able to make their monthly payments on all of their stuff, so getting life insurance coverage does not seem like a pressing issue at this time. What would you suggest they do?"

Thank you to all who responded - minus those who seem rude.
After reading through the replies I am still at a loss. So Christians pray for a variety of reasons from what I have gathered - makes sense obviously. But God doesn't NEED your prayers, nor does He wait for them, etc. I mean, that's just putting a human concept to God. This makes little sense to me. As a Christian I prayed to get closer, to ask for forgiveness, and to worship. As a Muslim I pray to get closer, and mainly to worship. I do ask for forgiveness after the prayer in an informal talk with God we call a du'a. Muslims believe that it is simply by the Mercy of God that we are saved. Logical. How merciful is He? 70,000x more merciful than your own mother. Basically it's incomprehensible. We strive to do what is right and have faith in Him. This all makes sense to me. What doesn't make sense is a Christian who prays to God for forgiveness when he/she is already forgiven anyway.

Whatever his original goals in Iraq may have been, it's pretty clear that he's not going to establish some utopian democracy there.

But he's having difficulty even keeping his head above water. This surge may yet salvage the status quo in Iraq, but the increased OPTEMPO will result in increased troop exposure and casualties (and already has).

Deaths are guaranteed, for Americans too if we stay there, but success is not...

So I just bought a 2004 Pontiac Aztek with 40,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on after a couple of weeks, and I took it to the dealership, and they replaced the thermostat. Ever since, I have smelled radiator fluid when like I get out of the car, but I took it back again, and they say there is no leak. There is never anything on the ground or anything, and the engine temp stays in the normal range. What's wrong with my new car? Is this something I should be concerned about?
