do recruiters (the resume takers not the headhunters) even read coverletters?

Whenever I actually get a call from a recruiter they ask me questions about things that I went over in my coverletter (such as willing to relocate and why I am looking for a job). Is it even worth it to go through the extra effort with them?

I Can't Control My Anger...HELP!?

I started having anger issues at age 12. They didnt get really bad until about last year. I scream at the top of my lungs until my voice gives out. I get so angry that I can't see. I cry for hours just to make myslef feel better. Now I'm 15 and it just keeps getting worse and worse. But the part I don't understand is that my outbursts come out of nowhere! Even the littelest things will turn me from happy and calm to crazy and Hostile. I've been in several fights and every time I do get into a fight I end up hurting the person really bad. I need help. I can't control my anger and I'm afraid Im going to hurt someone worse than I already have. Do you know what Could possibly be wrong with me?

After watching the movie "The Queen." What if Princess Di is still alive and all is or was a fake?

I watched the movie. The movie is not completly conclusive. But you never seen into the coffin. You never seen her body. So what if it all was staged to avoid anymore paparazzis? Sure Dodi is deadth, but what if Princess Di decided to live in peace?

Algae Bloom in a 300 gallon tank?

We decided to try our hands at a pond environment in a troughlike tank. It holds 300 gallons but we only fill it up to the 150 gallons. In it we have plants on block stones which are above the water. In it are bamboo, elephant ears and asparagus fern. In one of the pots we have water irises and another water plant submerged in the water within a pot.

We have alot of AB and have lost 2 of our 7 fish. One fish looked like something ate it's anal fin and the other looked like the algae started growing on it's scales. II don't even know if the others are alive because I can't see them. Except for "Grandpa". He's still kicking.

Any advise?
