Hmmm, I would have to disagree with your theory. Did you watch her funeral in 1997? Did you see her two boys and the grief and shock they were going through. There is no way Princess Diana would let her boys go through the emotions they did. The movie, "The Queen" was good; gave us a glimose into the possible reasons the royal family reacted the way they did, but Diana did indeed die in a tragic accident and is being an angel in heaven.

Doctor's who studied dead attended to her, and she was dead. Sadly, there are even grainy images now surfacing showing the horrible moments while she was trapped in the car - we knew they would eventually. You don't see inside the coffin because this is not British tradition. Some of the British family don't even look at the deceased. Every person must deal with death differently. Absolutely, positively, no one should have seen her remains except her closest family.

It's a movie. It's not real. It's an interpretation of one person's view of the events - an view that was under represented by the media at the time.
So what if she is still alive? Would you seriously take the word of a movie as 'truth' if that's what the movie was about?
I think it's unlikely that she is alive, but if she is then she probably wants us to think that she isn't so that she can live a normal life.
Let her rest, whatever really happened.

The only reason you didn't see into the coffin in that movie is because they'd have had to have a "lookalike" actress in it, or a dummy of her. That wouldn't have proved anything. It wasn't that important to the flow of the movie to include that.
Diana wouldn't have voluntarily left her boys for all these years.

Princess Diana would rather have lived a tormented, awful life than never see her sons again. She would never sacrifice so much just to get away from the cameras. She valued her life after her divorce because it was starting to become her own. We can rule out this conspiracy theory but lets not rule out some royal family involvement.

I wish that happy endings like that happened -- in particular for Princes William and Harry. Unfortunately, it's not the case.
There's too much proof -- including photos of the body, etc.

Nope she's dead as far as I am concerned. People saw her body in real life and she's dead. I don't think Prince Charles would pretend just to give her freedom, nor do I think she would have left her two sons this long. She (Di) adored them.
