If they have done no harm towards another student then no, if they are a harm to themselves, then you need to report it to the schools officials, so they can get in contact with the students family.

If he is shown to be a danger to others yes he can be removed from class. If they have been determined to be that bad though they will be institutionalized so it is a mute point.

The fact is most times you cannot tell someone is a danger until they do something. Just because they wright a crazy paper or play does not make them dangerous. I know lots of not dangerous people who have written that kind of stuff. Usually you can't tell until there first violent outbreak.

It comes down to the fact that anyone can kill anyone. You cannot stop them just make consequences once it is done. This means if they are willing to give there life there is almost nothing stopping them. Just something you have to live with.

Don't be to worried though you are more likely to be killed by lighting then a crazy person on a shooting rampage or a terrorist.

Well it's hard to say because most people won't even pay attention to that **** until someone blows up the school or whatever. If someone is looking or acting mentally ill yes I would take them out of the class because you really never know anymore. People are going crazy these days.

I knew a student that was kicked out of a college class and never allowed to return because he talked!!!
Of course, it was a sign language class, taught in sign language... talking was strickly forbidden, especially since the teacher was deaf and it's very rude to talk in the presence of a deaf person, you have to at least TRY to sign.

If the student just has bad thoughts, nobody will know and nobody will kick him out. Bad thoughts don't hurt anybody.
But if the student is saying and doing things that give the impression that he might be dangerous, he might be kicked out.
