An Episcopalian minister is going to get in a gay civil union? Isn't this in DIRECT violation of the Bible? After all, what about the passage
"If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination." ???

I mean, homosexuality is not a sin, but homosexual sex IS a sin. So since this guy is going in direct violation of the Bible's teachings, will he get removed as a minister?

What's the deal here?

I always read interviews with musicians who -- when asked how a new album is coming -- say they are mixing, or they are Pro-tooling, etc. I never understand what they're talking about. (Especially in relation to how close a new album is in being completed.) Can someone give me a quick tutorial on the steps to getting an album recorded?

Why don't people ask for confirmation before stating rumours as fact?

I have a 2 month old son who has been on zantac for reflux for 5 days now it does seem to have helped a little with his fussyness/gassyness/crying during and after feeding but I have noticed increased spitting up. He will only sleep on my shoulder or in my arms during the night , once I put him in the bassinet he moves all around and sleeps only for about an hour as I think he is uncomfortable. I went to the doctor today and he recomended adding rice cereal 1 scoop for every 1 ounce of formula. Has anyone had luck with this?

New Hampshire just passed civil unions. And a bill to legalize gay marriage is being introduced in New York.

Once either NY or Cali legalizes gay marriage, it's all over but the shouting. The other big blue states will fall in line, one by one. And once the big blue boys legalize it the game's over, there will be too much momentum.

Actually, the battle against gay marriage was lost when the Supreme Court struck down anti-sodomy statutes as unconstitutional in Lawrence v. Texas. Even Justice Scalia admitted in his crybaby dissent that there was no longer a valid obstacle to the legalization of gay marriage.

Opposing gay marriage is an exercise in eventual futility. So why don't you Christians who oppose it just stop wasting time and energy which could be better spent on something that's actually productive and good for the world?

I need help with some strategies with K students. I have tried... wait time, rewards, praise, one on one talks, time-out, behavior charts, yelling, heads down, lights off, ringing a bell, playing music, closing blinds, opening blinds, etc. Nothing is working with these kids.

Everywhere I've looked they tell me What Not To Do! So I know what NOT to do inside and out. Also, they all say how to reward your child and yes, now I that whenever my child makes an effort or actually does do something in the potty then she should get lots of praise. I want to know EXACTLY the FIRST steps of what I should do. The last two days I've put her on the potty spuradically throughtout the day and she just sits the being very antsy, she'll get up and then sit down and then get up...Are there specific times of the day I should do this? Is there a certain approach? She loves sitting on the potty and sometimes she'll point to her diaper and say potty so, therefore I know she is ready but how do I get that first initial pee or poop in the potty? I know once I get that it'll be much easier because my daughter loves trying new things so once she sees what it's for then she'll be all over it. Plz and thank you!
