My dog "Tiny" has had a very lucky life, we got her when she was around 8weeks old. She is a small mixed dog and she is now 9 years old.

When she was young she got hit by a big bus, she lost alot of blood and was rushed to the vet, when we took her home she hardly moved for like a few weeks, she eventually fully recovered and was fine.

Around a year after she got shot and again was rushed to the vet and recovered quite fast. Then was her first pregnancy, the puppies were way to big and it got to the stage she could barely move, again we rushed her to the vet where she had an emergency C-Section and she was quite weak for a good few weeks.

I thnk at some stage she got hit by a car but she was fine, she fell down the stairs which she has never since went up them again and now she could be pregnant for the second time.

She is very healthy, friendly and loves long walks.

Does anyone else have any miracle stories about their dogs?

Why don't everyone take a break from proving 'this and that' religion is wrong, instead focus on converting people by their actions and deeds ?

It seems to me that everyone is trying to act like a prophet.

Everyone is trying to compete with each other's religion, as i see it.

If God is almighty,and controlling the earth(exclude satan), would'nt he make sure that the masses will worship him and give glory to his name ? ; then why do we intervene ? - Trust in the Lord, my friends

This life is just for another 30-40 years, then it's over... (but it's impossible to be perfect - we will all have to repent and feel ashamed.... but the good news still remains, that jesus died for our sins. What a wonderful sacrifice it is to those who believe)

I bought this really cool, old desk at Goodwill. I like the way it looks but the paint is kind of chipped and also I think the paint is lead-based. I want to repaint it all together, but I'm not sure of the steps I should take. I know I have to sand it and take off the hardware and what not but what else? Real answers are appreciated. few days ago noticed the beginings of fin rot, dosed with sera baktopur (not proper doseage gave 22 drops when should have been 68) left for one day and dosed again with proper amounts as per directions, symptoms seem to be getting a bit worse but not serious, could this just be due to improper dosage first time? slight whitening patches and slight fraying. any suggestions or advice?

Ok, my laptop gave me the option of swapping between, certain dvd regions (i should have picked DVD region...uk) and it ended-up that my pc is stuck in the wrong region...
MY QUESTION IS...
If a pc can switch between regions (initially) WHY can't they continue to allow us to switch???
