My dog "Tiny" has had a very lucky life, we got her when she was around 8weeks old. She is a small mixed dog and she is now 9 years old.

When she was young she got hit by a big bus, she lost alot of blood and was rushed to the vet, when we took her home she hardly moved for like a few weeks, she eventually fully recovered and was fine.

Around a year after she got shot and again was rushed to the vet and recovered quite fast. Then was her first pregnancy, the puppies were way to big and it got to the stage she could barely move, again we rushed her to the vet where she had an emergency C-Section and she was quite weak for a good few weeks.

I thnk at some stage she got hit by a car but she was fine, she fell down the stairs which she has never since went up them again and now she could be pregnant for the second time.

She is very healthy, friendly and loves long walks.

Does anyone else have any miracle stories about their dogs?

You want a miracle? How about a dog back from the dead?Years ago I had an Old English Sheep Dog, "Barney" that was hit by a truck that was delivering some lumber to my house. We rushed him to the vet and were informed he had internal injuries, his testicles were crushed and was badly burned from the trucks exhaust pipe. The vet recommend putting him down and we agreed. Well, about 4 months later we had this little VW come driving up the road to the house. When the young guy got of the car you could he was very nervous. He explained that he was the new vet at the vet we took our dog to. He told us that the night we left Barney there they were going to put him down and he said there was a twinkle in his eye and a strong will to survive. He said they could not do it. So after these 4 months he wanted to know if he could bring Barney back. Well what do you think we said? Over the next couple of years this young vet would stop by every couple of months to see how Barney was doing. Barney was almost 10 years old when he was hit and lived another 3 years. He died in his sleep one night at 13 years, over average for a sheep dog. I'll tell you I have a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes retelling this story.

My boxer had alot of un-lucky things too. She got ammonia at 9 months old and was so sick that the vets thought she wouldn't make it, she once jumped through a glass window and had ten stitches in her paw. I think she gets so happy to see me sometimes, that she just walks into things all the time i can count about 5 times a day she hits her head or body on something. My dog had pulled through things that she probably shouldn't have your dog had too. I would be more careful though maybe put her on leash at all times to avoid her getting into the street.

One day my dog Rocko was severely constipated. I called the vet who told me to give an emergency enema. Which i did. Not even 2 seconds after i did that he took an enormous dump right there in my kitchen
