i need to know some workouts for cheer leading

Try stretching as a warm-up, then do some push-ups, jumping jacks, and run in place (if running in place sounds too plain, go for a jog, or use a treadmill).

Do this regularly, I'd suggest once a day.

hey! look in magazines... they have awsome workouts! such as: GL, Teen Vouge, Seventeen, ect
