one of my most retarted mistakes is throwing that cat into the moving semi on the road. sometimes i just look back at my teen years and think to myself "what in the hell was i thinking?" yeah in case your wondering the cat died.

I am 5'11 weight about 185 . Gained 20 pounds since the summer because only been going to the gym and no bike so only getting fatter and more muscle . Right now i eat about 2000-3000 calories a day (sometimes more sometimes less).
I go to the gym arround 3-4 times a week. When i run for like 45 minutes at at like 185 heart rate(wich is cardio for my age 17) i still only burn like 750 calories . Summer is back so i will start biking for 2-4 hours at least 5 days a week . The thing tho is that i eat about as much everyday bike or no bike and gym or no gym . Should i only eat more on days where i do exercice , the day before or the day after ? How many calories should i eat ? And i should cut dessert right ?
And could anyone give me average calorie burn for daily activities .

I can see things in the spiritual world because God opened up my eyes but I can't find words to describe it. I guess I can only decribe it in terms of emotions, such as beautiful or horrific, or the presence of God is stunning, or the world I see around me is vile. I can't speak much about it because I can't describe spiritual things with physical languages, and I wish I could.

2 people just pranked me so bad. and its not like a prank like fake lotto tickets or a camera water squirter, it was a well put together prank with a story line and everything. they planned it for like two days and i dont have that long to think of one because she's going to florida for a couple of days. what are some good pranks?
