If I were undecided, i would go to Rutgers. They have a bigger, better, and more appreciated school; with a great reputation. They have many different classes, with far more majors than TCNJ. And it is a bargain. And the possibilities at RU are endless. You can do whatever you want, and wherever. An investment for NJ's future, with over 200,000 alumni in NJ.

RUTGERS perks:
#1 MTV environment award
#1 Library Media
#1 in the English-spkg wrld- Philosophy of Cognitive Science
#2 in the nation, Women’s History
#2 Philosophy dept.
#2 Womens basketball team
#2 Bus system in NJ
# 4 in the nation, Criminology
# 5 in the world, Strategy (business)
# 6 in the world, Finance (business)
# 8 in the nation, Urban Planning
#12 Football team

An excellent business school, a cappella groups, amazing dining halls, 30 thousand students, great parties, history happens here, college football was born here, etc, etc, and so forth.

and it is for a better price than TCNJ.

Rutgers New Brunswick has a broader range of possibilities for you to choose from and a better reputation as a university. I would definitely choose that one.
