Are you referring to an AICD? An internal defibrillator? I don't believe the chemical content of the Dead Sea will counteract the normal functioning of an AICD, as long as the person is cleared by their doctor for physical activity.

And if you are asking if a defibrillator will bring a body of water to life, then I'm rather certain the answer is no. Write us back if it works, though. You could probably get a Nobel for that one ;D
