and on my 25th day i got dip in temperature and after that from next day i got rise in temperature .and now from 6 days i am having rise in temperature .is that mean i am pregnent ?i was having irregular period ,so may be i ovulated on 25th day .and now from 4 days i am having dizziness and my breasts became little tender. any personal experiences on charting BBT and rise in temperaute and pregnent or not pregnent? and if i ovulated on 25th day and got pregnent is it ok to do pregnency test? thanks in advance.

I want to lose a few pounds, but do it in a healthy way and also not have the weight come back. I already eat really healthy and I try to stay active and I just can't shed those extra pounds. I think that if I went to the gym like 24-7 it could be possible but I don't have that kind of time. Does anyone have a suggestion?

My aunt lives near the town park so her and her friends can play at the park for like an hour and then go inside and have cake/ice cream/presents then for the extra time play pinata and stuff then play in my aunt's yard. She said its okay! Good idea? It will be 2-3 hours long

I'm seeing my period(at least i think it is) and i'm bleeding like crazy, i mean squash of blood like.... as if i'm pee-ing, is this normal. it never happen before. and the thing is i just end my previous period like a week and a half ago which lasted for about three weeks and some days... HELP!!
