Music....sounds in nature...the smell of coffee and bacon in the morning...

Music, smells, photos, and most recently the shootings in VA. I remember when I was in college and there was a shooting on the U of Iowa campus and although our campus was 13 miles north, they had us under lock-down until they found the guy. And then that brings back other good memories of college.

Music -- certain songs come on the radio and I'm right back to a special moment or time. I don't think anything else triggers as much as music does.
