Hi, I was in Charlotte Russe shopping and I heard the store playing this nice techno song sung by a girl with a sweet voice and all I could remember is that it goes something like "Oohh We all must stand together"...and I have been trying to find that song for the longest. The dummies at the store who work there have noooo clue what I'm talking about!

I'm interested in buying a new, fuel-efficient hybrid like a Honda Insight, but I'm concerned about how many barrels of oil go into the manufacturing process. It might be better to stick with my older, paid-off, 20 mpg car in terms of petroleum if the manufacture is very oil-intensive. I tried looking this up, so let's here what you have to say! Many Americans criticize how children in the Middle East are taught from the time they are little to hate Americans, but aren't Americans doing the same? Most Americans don't know anything about countries such as Iran or Iraq. It is because of that the Iraq war happened, because a president said a certain country had weapons of mass destruction, and because Americans are SO unaware of anything outside the USA, the American people went into war without stopping to think if that fact was true or not. Kids need to be more educated about life in other countries. Most girls love Princess Jasmine from the princess collection, they have a lot of that merchandise. What if Disney made a show in which Princess Jasmine showed kids how's life in Middle Eastern countires, and teach them about their beliefs, people, and life. It would be great if American kids grew up knowing more about the world than this generation.

I am trying to present a logical argument to the theists, but they keep preaching and quoting the bible. Listen to my argument and tell me if it makes sense...
First off, there is nowhere in the bible where it says that God is all powerful, all knowing, omniscient, omnipotent, etc. These are characteristics completely fabricated by people. Second, why is it that just because God was able to create us humans, who seem to be an absturse creation, people think that God can do anything? Perhaps creating humans is a simple task. Just because God can do one wonderful thing doesn't mean he can do ALL the wonderful things. You see, all of these characteristics are relative. There is always someone smarter than me, you, and everyone on this website. Just because the smartest being you can conceive of is God does not mean that he is the smartest. All it means is that he is the smartest being YOU, as an ignorant and little knowing human can conceive. That's all.

Hey everybody out there in yahoo land i'm sure you all know that song "Wild World" by Cat Stevens. Any way I'm 16 and this will be my first summer with a license and I sorta want to do something that makes the world go round. My parents aren't very supportive about sending money through the computer but I enjoy watching CSNBC and would love to learn the stocks, bonds, and all that good money stuff. I don't really have any talents perse but I am interested in a lot of things and wouldn't mind trying anything in the fields of marketing, money, management, cartooning, music yah know..something with a purpose. Any 16 year old can work a register or push carts but their is no point to it. I don't want to start a job then feel like I have a "safe place" so I don't advance myself at all. I also would like a girlfriend so I don't grow up living on a farm with cats yah know, not a girl just to put <3 in your aim but someone who really would spend the rest of their life with you. ok heres the deal. im doing a project for my history class. And figured out what i want to do and it involves nazi supporters that are still huge extremely well-known companies. i know of BMW, Chanel, Mercedes-Benz, Louis Vuitton, and thats about it at the moment. Italy was in alliance with Germany so im assuming all the big italian brands such as Gucci and Fendi were supporters as well but i need to double check. If anyone knows of any other ones, i would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out. im talking about huge companies that everyone knows right off the top of there head- from cars to couture.

My husband has requested a separate parent-teacher conference from his son's mother because the two of them do not get along and he says his son's mother didn't allow him to ask any questions in the last one. His son goes to a private school and they say they won't do separate conferences as it is their policy. My husband wants to know if he has any legal standing on this. He wants to be involved in his son's education but cannot effectively do so when forced into settings like this. We are in Texas.

The 1st time I became very interested in God I felt a pain in my chest (my stomach). It was horrible and it spread to the bottom of my throat. It went away and I have tears running down my face.
