I am trying to present a logical argument to the theists, but they keep preaching and quoting the bible. Listen to my argument and tell me if it makes sense...
First off, there is nowhere in the bible where it says that God is all powerful, all knowing, omniscient, omnipotent, etc. These are characteristics completely fabricated by people. Second, why is it that just because God was able to create us humans, who seem to be an absturse creation, people think that God can do anything? Perhaps creating humans is a simple task. Just because God can do one wonderful thing doesn't mean he can do ALL the wonderful things. You see, all of these characteristics are relative. There is always someone smarter than me, you, and everyone on this website. Just because the smartest being you can conceive of is God does not mean that he is the smartest. All it means is that he is the smartest being YOU, as an ignorant and little knowing human can conceive. That's all.

This is an argument? Pppfff....hahahahahahahahaha!!!!! Ohhhhhhh.....maaannnnn!!! Thanks for the 2 points! For a moment there, I actually thought you were going to try and make sense. With this "logic", no wonder you atheists can't make any sense to the believers!!!!! Oh, my poor, poor stomach!! Stop it!!! Please!!!!

Actually the word omnipotent is in the bible.
Revelation 19:6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Where you can actually trip them up the best is if you examine the moral and ethical nature of this God. They want to act as if this God has human values well examine this God's behavior based on what we as humans could or could not agree with.
This God is pure evil!
That will make their head spin a lot faster then trying to say their God doesn't know everything or can't do everything. That is an endless circle that will get you no where. It's like the prove God exists arguement. It is correct but they wiggle like a worm on a hook to much for it to be effective!

Why Argue ?
I chose not believe in god because there is no proof i do not say it's not possible just not probable . Religion talks in black/white Good/bad and most adults know the world comes in all shades of gray . That being said some people chose to believe don't argue with them or try to convert them it's up to everyone to chose where they end up in life and what road they take there . You might think that you have found enlightenment but it's relative what suites your way of thinking may not be best for someone else .

I wouldn't bother, if I were you. Faith is not something that operates entirely on logic. Take a look at "Why God Won't Go Away," by Newberg and Aquila, and you'll understand a bit more about how the brain works in relation to belief.

As an agnostic, I've given your arguments serious thought, and you are correct in most of them. Logical to the core.

However, that does not mean that there is no "God", or supreme being, and that humanity simply misunderstands or misrepresents that being.

They believe that God created the universe. And that any being smart enough to create the entire universe must be the smartest being ever and is able to do any feat at all.

They live by assumptions.

Yep they like to do that. You need to realize that you aren't answering for the hopelessly deluded ones. Your real audience is the guy who is already asking questions and thinking on their own. They usually read, but don't show themselves.

Logic will never work on the hopeless ones, so have fun with it.

Matthew 28: 18 And Jesus came and spoke to them saying, All authority has been given to Me in Heaven and on earth.
You see that ALL authority, He even has authority over death. No one else has authority over death. He proved this with His Resurrection. Please turn from your atheistic life and follow the one true God. All other things are Satan's attempt to deceive you.
