I personally agree with sonicjmc...
However, assuming you believe in Satan... isn't he just a reflection of God and his creation?
Hormones would be created by God with all the bad things much like a knife is a tool that can be used either way...
Hormones are kinda like the humours of old... everyone attributes too much to them and one day we will laugh at ourselves like Captain Picard and say "You see, ensign, one day humans really believed that hormones could lead them to aggression or lust not realizing the underlying factors that were stronger and mistakingly believing the correlation was actually the sole cause."

God created them, he created everyone, so naturally, he didn't ask Satan to create our hormones. What a mess that would be!

Of course God did... but he also gave us the ablity to control our selves and our actions despite our hormones. This is what separates us from the animals who are bound by their hormones.
It is Satan who want's people to believe that we can do or say what ever we please and say ohh i'm just hormonal or i was just going with my biological tendancies. Being hateful, unfaithful in marriage, fornication, and blaiming it on hormones is just a sorry excuse for not wanting to be strong and being Godly.

God is love.
The greatest expression of love is when hormones draw husband and wife together.
Self control of hormones before marriage show our respect and love for the spouse we have yet to marry.
(Even if you are engaged, control the hormones. Then years later, your hubby/wife can trust you when work takes you away for a few nights.)
