You might want to call and ask NASE's tax accountants about this. It doesn't suprise me I've gotten negative comments about this deduction. Most CPA's don't know about this. Or call the IRS about this yourselves. Just because you are a licensed CPA doesn't mean you know everything. You people can make mistakes - like the CPA at H&R Block last year who did my taxes! She's been a licensed CPA for over 25 years and still made a mistake. That's right "my people" screwed my taxes up last year. CPA's aren't perfect. Will somebody just call NASE and ask and see or hear for themselves. Every accountant I've enlightened with this information has reacted the same way until they saw or heard it for themselves. I'm not saying that you need to go out there blind-folded; but does it hurt to ask? There are certain criteria you must meet - just someone call. It's called an Association 105. Please, someone just do it and see what they say and then get on here and write what they say, please?
