If you take low calorie diet, lower than what your body requires, then you will lose weight. You have to plan in a scientific manner, and this calls for less intake of fats and carbohydrates more physical work.

A medium scale Taiwanese study provides the best evidence yet that green tea and oolong tea help lose weight.

1,103 participated in the questionaire over 10 years. Researchers found that long term regular drinkers of green tea and oolong tea have significantly less fat.

The study found that it is not just the amount you drink; the longer you drink, the more evident the tea weight loss effect.

Hi i do not precisely know if green tea makes you lose weight. But i can tell you one interesting thing that in Mauritius a team of cardiologists are working upon the benefits on cardiovascular problems.. And preliminary reports have shown that green tea is indeed good to health.. It reduces cholesterol in the organism.. it really helps ,drink at least 6-8 cup of green tea, daily.it really helps you to boost your metabolism but dont drink it befor bedtime, because of its caffein it will cause bad sleep. just drink it at daytime.
