An employer was going to hire me, but their supervisor said they wanted someone who could speak Spanish. While language is not a protected class of people under Title VII, it does seem to me to be a bit racial regarding ethnic background. The hiring manager wanted me to work for the company, but the VP said no because I only speak English. Is is right for a company not to hire someone when they do not specifically state before the interview that they want a bi-lingual person? Had they done so, I would not have taken the time to apply and interview for the position.

1 Peacock Eel

3 Silver Tipped Catfish
3 Spotted Pictus Catfish
5 Bala Sharks
2 Cory Catfish
1 Tetra Barb
1 Zebra Danio
9 Guppies

I am planning on the guppies being food for some in a couple months, but what do you thin about the rest? (bichir, sharks, catfish, knife fish, peacock eel) Will they be fine?

My Business partner and I own a plumbing company in Northern Virginia. We just started as a partnership in January 2007 and self financed a work van and all the equipment to get us up and running. However to be able to compete with the big boys we need a little more capital to do more. We both have had financial problems in the past 1 1/2 for me and over 5 yrs for him. Help my mom is married to a man that always tries to get her to pay the bill. He sold stocks and owes the $18,000 estimated and maybe more. She is told if she files jointly with him he will only owe $8,000. She has suffered enough debt from this man and I told her to see a tax attorney. Her signing jointly is like cosigning for a loan and he is not responsible enough to trust to pay it himself. What are my mom's options. She would get back $44 if files seperate. I like Fords pretty much so im just lookin fo sites with Ford mustangs pics, F-150's, Saleens, and also Lincolns.

does the 3 in front of the y make it perpendicular??
